Taking Off the Mask: “unMASKing Healthy Relationships”

Broadcast on February 11, 2023
With Ashanti Branch MEd
Hosted by Daniel Sunshine

According to Ashanti Branch, MEd, this session models a safe space for individuals and small groups to engage in an uncommonly open, honest dialogue. Each person has a set of shared human needs — for support, expression, recognition, meaning, and connection. By closing the gap between who we are on the inside and who we show up as at work, school, online, or onsite, we create more meaningful connections, healthier communication, deeper engagement  — and ultimately more powerful results.

In this session, you’ll:

  • Discover a 15-minute experience about emotional masks
  • Find out how adding to individuals’ emotional toolboxes emphasize each other’s uniqueness and similarities as individuals
  • Learn how to awaken individuals to strategies for dealing with life’s challenges
The views expressed are specific to the author/speaker and may vary from the perspectives of The Shift Network's participants, staff, or other speakers.
